Built Bowl by Bowl


At the center of our kitchen is the stockpot. Pork bones go in before the doors open and stay there until the broth turns rich and creamy — the base for our tonkotsu, black garlic and spicy bowls. Miso bowls are built their own way, with seared chicken, duck or seafood layered over chili and togarashi. Every bowl is finished with a marinated soft-boiled egg, crisp sprouts, kikurage and scallions, a balance of textures that tastes like it took all morning, because it did.

This place is amazing! We had the Chicken Tatsuta(Ramen), chicken fried rice and the Beef Yakiudon. The food is amazing, the staff is amazing. If your looking for an authentic place to eat this is it! It’s not expensive especially for the portion sizes. Our bill for three people was $45. Absolutely loved this place.

Tried this place, West Jordan location, based on the amazing reviews and they were accurate! Sooooo delicious and flavorful. We got the chicken fried rice, pork udon, karaage chicken and the gyoza. The service was great and my husband and I agree we need to come back here. So excited it’s on doordash too

I absolutely love it here. The food is always fresh and amazing, and the service is fantastic. You can always count on the staff to be very kind and patient. Amazing atmosphere, very relaxed and calm, whether the lobby is full or not. Thank you for a wonderful place to enjoy food. (I love ordering the chicken Yakiudon) 💜
